One on One ADVANCED SPORT TRAINING is an individual session geared towards brining the athletes game to the next level. Each session is geared towards brining out the athletes strengths and improving on their weaknesses.

Advanced Sport Training focuses on a new Sport each week and teaches children the advanced tactics and techniques of the sport with the use of our state of the art light system
