At CCROWHHOG Sports I help athletes and coaches of all ages
develop the mindset to success in sports – and in life.

CCROWHHOG stands for the 9 Positive Attitudes:

Courage, Caring, Responsibility, Objectivity, Willingness, Honesty, Humility, Open-Mindedness and Gratitude.

These attitudes are at the heart of everything we do.
Through our CCROWHHOG journals and our 1-on-1 mindset coaching, I work directly with athletes and coaches of all ages to strengthen their mental game, build emotional resilience, and eliminate common thinking errors – like blaming, I can’t, or negative self-talk. The goal? To help our athletes and coaches build better habits, create a strong mindset and become the best version of themselves – both on and off the field.
